With so much right on our doorstep, we wanted to highlight some of our owners favourite attractions!

With your ‘Home Base’ at Craig-Y-Mor, you can be at any of these locations in less than an hour or so, and make a full day of it! We have included some great places to eat and drink, things to do indoors and out and made sure they are fun for the whole family 🙂

Llandudno Ski Centre

A wide variety of activities to suit the whole family, we can offer you Skiing, Snowboarding and Snow-Tubing. We also boast the longest Toboggan run in Britain, sure to be a hit with the kids. Unwind after all the fun in our Alpine Lodge!

The Queen’s Head

The Queen's Head is something of a hidden gem nestled in the charming village of Glanwydden, just outside Llandudno and Penrhyn Bay. Following a refurbishment it maintains its quintessential feeling as a Welsh village pub with the warmest of welcomes year round.

Conwy Castle

Magnificent medieval fortress still towers over town after 700 years. Thanks to restored spiral staircases in its great towers you can walk a complete circuit around the battlements of Conwy Castle. We highly recommend it. This is one of the most magnificent medieval fortresses in Europe.

The Valentine Inn

Your Hosts Luke and Becky Faux, are experienced Landlords who take great pride in their unique, quaint pub. Always offering a warm welcome with quality ales, fine wines and scrumptious food.

Welsh Mountain Zoo

The Welsh Mountain Zoo is set in North Wales, high above Colwyn Bay with panoramic views and breathtaking scenery; its beautiful gardens are home to this caring conservation zoo.

Bodnant Gardens

Bodnant Garden is a beautiful National Trust property near Tal-y-Cafn. It is situated overlooking the Conwy Valley towards the Carneddau range of mountains. It is perfect for a relaxing day out!

Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias

A stones throw away from the sea and the stunning beach of Porth Eirias lies Bryn Williams' bistro. The menu is full of Welsh produce that's as local as possible. They have an open kitchen where Bryn’s chefs turn simple, local, seasonal ingredients into extraordinary food.
